Scan to Email – Can be a Pain with a Copier!

If you are looking to purchase a copier and think scan to email setup is generally super easy, think again.  It gets even more complex when you are working on a Xerox or other machine that doesn’t always talk well to Gmail.  So, what do you do?

The first thing you need to do is to clear out some time.  Solutions can sometimes take a bit.  The good news is once it is done, it is normally done.

Next you need to know what service you are using and know all the settings including the mail server address.

You would normally also want to create an account.  An account for the copier.
